Learn to say no to friends, family and even at work because you do not have to put other people’s problems in front of yours something many of us are guilty of.  This causes us frustration, stress and anxiety all of which is not your own. Thinking and speaking using these absolutes like ‘always’ and ‘never’ makes the situation seem worse than it is, and what is worse can end up programming the person’s brain to start delivering on these absolutes.

Negative thinking will not hold any power over you if you dismiss negative thoughts immediately when the seeds are planted in your mind. When you notice yourself having a negative thought about something, detach from it right away. Don’t even try and analyze it either.
