The professor, from University College London, further mentions that the gap between the rich and middle class is “killing people on a grand scale”. With these facts to consider this expert has urged ministers to focus on raising education standards, as well as work and living conditions to improve overall health and wellness.

c) Set boundaries to tackle one problem at a time, making yourself aware that you are just a single person that only has the ability to solve one issue or complete one task at a time.
d) Improve your nutrition habits avoiding comfort foods and fast foods which give you temporary highs. Avoid using excessive caffeine, energy drinks and alcohol for the same reasons as above.
e) Get some form of exercise even if it is just walking during lunch and tea breaks, or if you prefer, work off excessive stress at the gym after work.
f) Manage your time more effectively by keeping a diary and noting down your tasks. Tick them off as you complete them because this will make you feel more organized and accomplished.
